POST/v1/index/legal

Index one Búho Legal document into the legal search index

Load one `Crudo.Buho_Legal` document from Aux Mongo and make it searchable on `POST /v1/screen/legal` before the response returns. `mid` is the Mongo `_id`. The body does not include the name or the lawsuit. `200` means an exact actor or demandado search already returns this `mid`. `already_searchable` means that search already returned it, so nothing was written. This call is not billed. `4xx` and `5xx` bodies are `{mid, error}`. **Auth:** API key in the `apikey` header, same as `POST /v1/screen/legal`.
