Screen a subject — SAT

Mexican tax authority (RFC) compliance check. Screens a subject against the published `sat` index. Each match is the indexed document (`_source`) minus search helpers. Photos and links are never stored or returned. Each call generates an immutable `audit_ref` retrievable via the portal audit API. **Auth:** API key in the `apikey` header. **Rate limits:** Enforced by Kong per plan tier. This endpoint is identifier search: send `rfc`, `full_name`, or both. `full_name` matches the contributor name. When both are sent, both must match. Exact is the default; `mode=fuzzy` allows a one-character typo.
